Product Description

Low Voltage 630A Electric Circuit Breakers

Our Low Voltage 630A Electric Circuit Breakers are meticulously crafted to handle a current rating of up to 630A, making them an ideal choice for a wide range of applications. With advanced protective features, they effectively guard against overloads, short circuits, and other electrical faults, providing you with peace of mind and ensuring uninterrupted operation.

Normal work and installation conditions

1. The installation site's altitude should not exceed 2000m.

2. The ambient temperature ranges from -25°C to +70°C. The relative humidity of the air at the installation site should not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40°C. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity may be encountered, but it should not exceed 90%. Consideration should be given to condensation on the product's surface due to temperature changes.

3. The product is intended for use in non-explosive hazardous environments. The surrounding media should not contain corrosive elements that can damage metals or harm insulating gases and conductive dust.

4. The installation site should be protected from rain, and there should be no water vapor present.

5. The installation site should not experience significant shaking, shock, or vibration.

6. The installation category is Class III.

7. The pollution level is classified as level 3.

8. The circuit breaker can be installed either vertically (ie vertical) or horizontal (ie horizontal)..

9. The incoming line can be either the upper line or the lower line.

10. Circuit breakers can be categorized as either fixed or plug-in types.

Technical data and performance

Parameter Specification
Rated Voltage (V) 24~1500 DC
Shell Rack Current (A) 100, 160, 250, 400, 500, 600
Number of Poles (P) 1, 2, 3, 4
Breaking Capacity (kA) 20
Standards Compliant IEC/EN60947-2, GB 14048.2
Derating When the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C, the overload protection characteristics of the product will change little with temperature, and lr needs to be set to ensure use in a high-temperature environment. When the altitude is above 2000m, it is necessary to consider the change of dielectric strength and the factor of air temperature drop, so derating is also required.
Temperature -25~+70
Pollution Level 3
Ambient Temperature (°C) No more than 50%
